Wisdom teeth and hockey

Anita got her wisdom teeth extracted and has had a bit of a rough go of it. About a week has gone by and her ability to open is still pretty limited. My parents went down to texas for a couple of weeks over their 40th anniversary. Last week was pretty busy. We had our yearly party for staff which went over pretty well having casino night at the maid. My parents came down the next day and we spent most of the day with them. They left early in the morning the next day. I had some dental work done on me that day ( a crown on 18 and an inlay on 20). the crown temp is not sensitive at all, but the inlay is a bit so. Mostly because its marginal integrity is not as sturdy as the crown. We went to the Wild/Stars game that night. Wild lost 2-1 on a fluke goal. We went to the Wolves/Bulls game wed. night wolves won. Friday was Anita's 28th birthday....we are postponing going out for a nice dinner as she is not able to enjoy one. Her family came over and had pizza. We had a good time hanging out.

New year's

We just got back from spending the New Year's weekend up at Brainerd with my parents. My mom had an abundance of food as usual. There also was plenty for us to do. We went skiing around the lake which was really nice as the weather hung around 25 degrees. We had a nice rib dinner on new year's eve with Wayne Jan Grampa Severt and, of course, my parents. Steve and Becky stopped over for a bit after dinner for a couple of drinks. After dinner we played some cards as well. ( I won, obviously).
New year's day, we went snomobiling with Wayne out to Black hoof and back. He said the trails needed to be groomed, but I didn't notice. Upon getting back, I continued to eat my way through the day. We built a sled run, had a sno-ball fight and generally had a good time into the evening where we finished by playing music with Dad and Al. We had a great weekend!
